Garnish Island Gin takes its name from a small island off the south west coast of the Republic of Ireland, and it's home to some rather lovely gardens - which is where the inspiration for this gin from West Cork Distillers came from. Crafted by master distiller Deirdre Bohane, this expression boasts a richly herbaceous and floral flavour profile, with the likes of thyme, rosemary, rose, iris and hibiscus among its botanical selection.
Vibrant rosemary and hibiscus, backed up by spicy juniper and caraway. A sweet hint of rose floats in the background.

One of my all time favourite gins. And boy have I tried a few. Love the up front botanicals especially the hibiscus. Reminds me of India. As its non chilled-filtered and bottled at 46% it clouds when mixed. Which I like.
An interesting dry gin, quite aromatic. I served with Mediterranean tonic and sprig of rosemary, it was superb. Highly recommended
Got a present of a bottle for my birthday found the botanical taste quite strong and when poured was cloudy I was disappointed with this
