Wayfinder's Distillery
A tasty gin from the Wayfinder Distillery over in Buckinghamshire, inspired by flavours of Japan and showcasing notes yuzu, miso and togarashi - a Japanese chilli pepper. A rather varied set of botanicals, making for an intriguing, unique and very well balanced tipple.
