VII Hills
Seven Hills VII Italian Gin was released in MMXIV (AKA - 2014), and is made using a combination of seven locally sourced botanicals - juniper, celery, rose hip, artichoke, blood orange, chamomile and pomegranate. A proudly Italian gin which was absolutely made for Negroni cocktails, so get mixing!

I recently tried this Gin at a tasting in London. The G&Ts and Negronis were both as amazing as the hosts.
I only discovered Seven Hills gin recently and it's a special one. Beautifully balanced, smooth, flavourful - not too fruity or citrussy. It feels carefully sourced and crafted. Great for sipping and fabulous in a negroni. Nicely done!
Just tried it, it's the best gin I've ever tasted along with monkey 47 which would now have to take second place, but I'll need to verify that. Paul newson.
This gin is truly perfect to make the perfect Negroni.
