Valentia
A gin with its heart very much in Spain, Valentia Gin features a hearty helping of Valencia citrus at its core, alongside juniper spiciness and a selection of classic botanicals. The spirit itself is based on sugarcane, which is double distilled in a copper pot still. Serve with tonic, or perhaps with cloudy lemonade if you're after a citrus explosion.
Lemon and orange up front, backed up by peppery, pine-y juniper. Savoury hints of rosemary and thyme bring almost oak-y warmth to the palate, tempering the intense citrus punch.
