Unit Six Gin comes to us all the way from the Island of Guernsey, made with a combination of six botanicals - juniper, bergamot, pink pepper, lime, coriander and freesia. The distillers make use of vacuum distillation to extract the flavours at a lower temperature, ensuring all of the fresh deliciousness arrives in the gin intact.
