Ungava Gin Co
Ungava is a very intriguing Canadian gin, made using six rare botanicals which bestow upon it a distinctive flavour profile and its natural, vibrant colour. These hand-picked botanicals include Nordic juniper, Arctic blend, cloudberry, crowberry, labrador tea, and wild rose hips. It is named after the Ungava Peninsula, which can be found at the northern tip of Quebec, Canada.
Peppermint tea, pine and a touch of lemon curd. Floral wafts of white flowers develop.
Sweet summer berries with a hint of fig. Spicy notes of juniper sit at its core.
Peppermint turns to sweet spearmint alongside fading layers of caramel.

Great product. Love it on ice.
Tried this on my recent trip to Montreal. I and previously done a gin tasting at a local gin bar where I liked zero of the 10 I tried. This gin was the first one that didn't taste like medicine and I could drink clean.
Tastes delicious. Might look like severely dehydrated urine but tastes amazing. This is the only gin I have straight on ice no mixer required!
Makes a perfectly reasonable G&T, nice enough for a change.
While this gin has an unusual flavour don't let that deter you, it's pallet is complex and favourable enough to almost feel embarrassed about mixing it, served over ice is nice, if you truly want this gin to shine make a nice G&T or A Fitzgerald, you won't be disappointed you did. I would say this gin is better then any similarly priced bottle in Canada.
