Three Wrens Raspberry Gin - Modena Cask Finish
We're rather excited about this cask-finished gin from Three Wrens, because after English raspberries and fresh basil are steeped in the gin after distillation, the spirit was also rested in casks which previously held balsamic vinegar from Modena! The cask influence is subtle and elevates the fruitiness of the raspberry wonderfully, and we can't wait to try this in a Gin Smash.

Tart and sweet balsamic notes alongside a touch of cocoa, juicy raspberry, black pepper and leafy basil, with oily juniper lingering.
