A small batch French gin made using Bordelais grapes alongside a rather intriguing selection of 15 botanicals, which includes vineyard peaches and caviar as well as more traditional gin botanicals.
Floral juniper with a hearty kick of spices to back it up.
Neither the best, nor the worst gin I've tried. Pleasant enough up front (clean juniper), followed by hints of peach. Drank mine as a straight G&T, whilst it would undoubtedly benefit from a fresh garnish
This came in an advent calendar. It has an earthy taste redolent of pine needles. Tonic does little for it.
