Flagingo Pink Gin from Manchester's Zymurgorium is a vibrant treat boasting a trio of tropical fruits at its core - namely mango, pineapple and passion fruit. Along with the classic heart of juniper, you'll also find warmer notes of ginger and allspice, balancing the brightness of the fruit. Also, the label features flamingos hanging out on the beach, wearing hats and engaging in various beach activities. Which is wonderful.
Juniper arrives first, swiftly followed by pineapple cube sweeties and fresh mango, with a touch of fiery ginger and peppery cardamom pod underneath.
