To create this exciting gin, The Wrecking Coast distillery in Tintagel macerate 12 botanicals in grain spirit for a fortnight before running through a computer controlled iStill (no, really). Meanwhile, the signature botanical, Cornish clotted cream, is cold distilled in a vacuum still before the two spirits are blended together!
Though clotted cream adds a creamy depth to the spirit, the prominent flavours are of wonderful garden-y floral notes and peppery spice. Recommended serves are either neat over ice or with tonic, strawberries and lime.
A creamy mouthfeel carries notes of vibrant, earthy juniper, vanilla pod and honeyed floral. Hints of angelica root and peppercorn stick around in the background.

Best gin ever - and I have tried quite a few! Don't drown it in tonic or else you lose the flavour.
Fantastic sipping gin, just serve with ice for the complete flavour.
This is quite comfortably the worst Gin I have ever tasted that is trying to jump on the craft gin bandwagon. Take my advice and do not waste your money
I was not at all sure about the 'clotted cream' bit. However having tried it is now a firm favourite. How on earth that lovely creamy after taste is achieved I dont know but it adds that interesting twist to some lovely fresh bold flavours. Served with sliced strawberry ice and Elderflower tonic -just divine.
A full flavoured gin. Smooth with plenty of gin flavour in the mouth. Amazing with strawberries and my favourite Fever Tree!
