To create this exciting gin, The Wrecking Coast distillery in Tintagel macerate 12 botanicals in grain spirit for a fortnight before running through a computer controlled iStill (no, really). Meanwhile, the signature botanical, Cornish clotted cream, is cold distilled in a vacuum still before the two spirits are blended together!
Though clotted cream adds a creamy depth to the spirit, the prominent flavours are of wonderful garden-y floral notes and peppery spice. Recommended serves are either neat over ice or with tonic, strawberries and lime.
A creamy mouthfeel carries notes of vibrant, earthy juniper, vanilla pod and honeyed floral. Hints of angelica root and peppercorn stick around in the background.

Quickly becomes a favourite. Smooth, so smooth, sweet, and inviting a garnish of fresh strawberry, and a vanilla pod to stir. Excellent with Fevertree Light tonic, but also with Luscombe Madagascan Vanilla Soda, strawberry, a couple of crushed pink peppercorns, and basil.
Very smooth and clear. There's a hint of clotted cream, but not as much as I thought there might be.
Lovely gin very smooth you can even taste the clotted cream. This is my second bottle that I have bought.
Back for my second bottle! Love the spicy flavours and the smoothness. On a hot day with tonic and strawberries its near damn perfect.
I've had this a few times now and really like it. Before tasting it, some of the people I'd shared it with were expecting it to be sweet - but the clotted cream somehow makes the drink incredibly smooth. Great with tonic and a strawberry garnish but so smooth you can have it just over ice if the mood takes you.
