Secret Garden created Winter Gin to encapsulate the feeling of the season, which it did by distilling cinnamon, ginger and cardamom with juniper, coriander, angelica root and Winter Savory. No artificial ingredients, colourings or flavourings. Serve with an orange slice and enjoy.
A richly spiced festive gin with a warm depth of flavour.
A pleasant gin. Very light and delicate. Needs careful pairing. But, overall, I'm entirely content and enjoying it.
