From The River Test Distillery over in Hampshire comes this London Dry Gin! The distillery is set on the banks of the River Test, hence the name, and the gin is infused with handpicked meadowsweet flowers. We reckon its floral, honeyed nature would work rather well in a Gimlet if you feel like getting your cocktail game on.
A core of juniper supported by orchard fruit and subtle, warming baking spice, with lingering notes of honeysuckle.
I bought one bottle at the Winchester Cathedral Christmas Craft Fair and wished I bought about six. It is absolutely lovely with such a different taste from the Meadowsweet botanical. Absolutely beautiful!!!!!
