108 Gin comes to us from the 108 Bar - literally. The still is on display at the bar, so you can see the gin being made if you pay them a visit, which really takes the idea of a 'house gin' to a new level. Botanicals for this expression include juniper, orange peel, basil, angelica, prune, coriander, cardamom and lemon. More then suitable for a Negroni, we think!
Leafy and herbal at first, before hints of bitter citrus oils and crisp juniper develop on the palate, finished of by a sweet hint of dried fruit.
