Locally produced at The West Midlands Distillery, a variety of botanicals such as coriander, orange peel, red grapefruit, and Bramley apple create a bright, zesty tipple – ideal served with just a dash of tonic and a wedge of grapefruit. The label features a jolly looking border terrier named Otis, resident pub dog at The Old Wharf.
