The Lickerish Tooth
Only fans of Guys and Dolls will understand why a company called The Lickerish Tooth would produce a gin called Sheep's Eye, but we do rather like this quirky creation. The plague doctors over at the Licker Mill use 10 botanicals including juniper, celery seed, black pepper and thyme, infusing them in spirit before redistilling. For a gin and tonic, they suggest a lime wedge garnish.
Quite sweet and floral - they have a hibiscus vodka, is there some in here? - working well with the juniper.
More juniper (this is a proper gin), citrus, cinnamon and honey, with cracked black pepper developing.
Crisp and refreshing with some peppery warmth lingering.

I absolutely adore this gin. I was a bit reluctant at first as its a very new gin and I wasn't sure but it was well worth it. I've had two bottles now and I can't wait to try their new one "ginger ninja" that they've got on the website. It's a lovely taste, heavy on the juniper, with hints of celery, black pepper and thyme coming through. It has a long juniper finish and goes really well with tonic. Really glad to have found this little gem.
Love this Gin
I just bought this after a friend recommended it. Such an easy to drink gin. The flavour is lovely and it went really well in the negroni's we had on cocktail night! Definitely recommend this to others and will be ordering again. 5 stars!
Bought this as it looked unusual. Never heard of it before so bit of a risk but worth it. Lovely gin. Not as junipery as some other brands, but still strong in flavour with some other nice and different flavours coming through.
