This gin comes from The Kingfisher over in Italy's Susa Valley! Among its Mediterranean botanicals are thyme, mint, rhubarb and lemon balm, so this is a rather fragrant spirit. I thought this gin tasted incredible with FT Mediterranean tonic and a mint garnish - it was a really vibrant herbaceous hit. For balance my best friend thought it tasted like fresh coriander and hated it, however this is my review and I give it 5/5.
