With Dr. Adam Elmegirab's history of reviving once-lost recipes within the world of bitter, you just knew some spectacular historical expressions would come from the House of Botanicals range. This expression was inspired by a style of gin produced over 100 years ago, featuring maple syrup as a botanical! It's made with a similar recipe to the House of Botanicals Old Tom Gin, though in place of muscovado sugar, the producers gave used Canadian maple syrup. Serve with a side of pancakes (we're joking, of course (no we're not, get the frying pan out)).
Bright juniper with just a hint of pine resin, brown sugar, fresh orange and lemon zests. Peanut brittle and vanilla-y angelica.

Knew if would love this one as soon as I heard about it and I was not disappointed. Well done Scotland
A wonderful gin, expected it to be sweeter than it is so me and my friend were happy it wasn't. Have it with tonic water
