This expression was made with natural ingredients without any flavourings or colourings added after the distillation process, and a botanical selection including juniper, coriander, angelica, liquorice root as well as dried sweet orange peel and dried bitter orange peel from Spain. It's distilled in small batches in a traditional John Dore still using 100% grain spirit.
Clean juniper and ripe Sevilla orange notes are prominent among aromatic spices of coriander and cinnamon.
