Three Seasons Gin comes to us from the Cambridge Distillery (it's in Cambridge, funnily enough), and it features a host of brilliant botanicals, including the likes of spring lemon verbena, summer rose, and autumnal blackberry leaf. If you noticed the seasons mentioned in those botanicals, you'll probably be able to figure out why it's called Three Seasons Gin. Incredible for Martinis, this stuff.
Crisp and subtly earthy, with juniper sat at the centre, surrounded by fragrant florals and a whisper of citrus zest.

This is a genuinely magical gin - the key flavours arrive on your palate in chronological order - the citrus from the lemon verbena is followed by rose petal flavours then the earthiness of blackcurrant leaf to take you through three seasons in one sip. Don't mix with tonic, have it neat, over ice or in a martini.
