The first installment of a special series from the Cambridge distillery, made in collaboration with Cambridge University Botanic Garden. The Darwin Collection pays testament to the spirit of exploration and discovery embraced by Charles Darwin during his voyage aboard HMS Beagle, bringing plant specimens back to the Cambridge University Herbarium. This edition represents the South American leg of the expedition, and botanicals curated by Professor Sam Brockington include juniper, cinnamon leaf, barberry, wild strawberry, and baccharis magellanica.
