To create Dock-Tour Gin, That Boutique-y Gin Company brought together the creative minds of the bartenders of Liverpool to create a gin inspired by the city. The botanicals they chose included rum raisins, vanilla, moss and rooibos tea. On the label you'll see a sinking duck tour (aka a Yellow Duckmarine) at the Liverpool dock, with a doctor standing atop the vessel holding a glass of something tasty. We assume it's a glass of Dock-Tour Gin! Whack it in a G&T garnished with lavender and lemon, or get creative with a Bee’s Hips Don’t Lie, adding honey, lemon, and soda to the mix.
First off, intensely floral, with gentle juniper, supported by raspberry white chocolate, dried apricot and fragrant citrus, with a fresh grassy note.
Super fragrant, with oily lemon peel, piney juniper and a touch of dried fruit, namely apricot.
A great big hit of cardamom appears, with a slight tangy citrus note leading to a dry and tingling finish.
