Stovell's
Stovell's Wildcrafted Gin was created by the wonderful folk at the award-winning Stovell's restaurant in Chobham, Surrey! Crafted by Stovell's Bar Manager Geyan Surendran and Chef Patrons Fernando and Kristy Stovell, their Wildcrafted Gin is made using a rotary evaporator, organic wheat spirit and a whole host of interesting, sustainably foraged botanicals. These include...
Angelica, bilberries, chamomile flower, elderflower, haw berries, juniper, lemon balm, liquorice root, lovage, meadowsweet, nettles, oak moss, red clover flowers, sweet flag, wild rosehips and petals, wild fennel and woodruff.
Phew! That's quite a selection! The Stovell's team divide the botanicals into flavour families, let them soak in the spirit, strain them, distil each group in the rotary evaporator, blend them back into the base spirit with a touch of Chobham honey and bring it down to 42% ABV with local water.

I have never been a fan of gin but i went to the restaurant where this is made and it was recommended to me and " WOW" im glad it was It was tremendous (hence me buying a bottle or 2 from here) they server it with blueberries and its got such a smooth taste with a beautiful complexity, it has opened my eyes to world of gin and how you can compare wine and gin in terms of complexity and enjoyment. will continues to keep my fridge stocked with this gin for summer.
Very, very tasty drunk with tonic and blueberries. And equally good neat. Would recommend wholeheartedly.
