Still River
Formerly called Twin River, Still River is the new gin name from Deeside Distillery. Naked Gin is their signature expression, and has a strong undertone of juniper, with hints of pink grapefruit, coriander and cassia bark. Fab with a wedge of pink grapefruit in a G&T.
Cinnamon spice, cassia and piney juniper, with strong flavours of refreshing grapefruit and lime keep it sweet, light and citrusy.
This gin I was first introduced to at the still river gin school learning how to make my own gin. On arrival we got giving a G&T with the still river naked gin. I’m not even joking when I say this it was the best G&T I have had. I can’t get over how good this gin is and I can’t seem to find a gin that tastes like it. It’s the one gin I don’t want to garnish as it doesn’t need anything to enhance the flavour. It’s a must get!!
