St. Giles Gin is the brainchild of Simon Melton, professional diver (and now gin composer), along with the help of head distiller Pete Margree and Anna, their copper still. They use a combination of 11 botanicals to create their desired flavour profile, including lemongrass, Grains of Paradise and rose petals.

A wonderfully smooth refreshing crisp gin.

After looking through reviews I came across St Giles gin, the reviews looked very impressive so on that alone I bought a bottle. Well I can tell you this is an exceptionally smooth gin with a wonderful fresh citrus note.This is now a must in our house. The gin is so well presented a loverly bottle, very well thought out gin. Well done.

An exceptional gin over ice and with a slice of orange as recommended. This has a beautiful smooth citrus freshness that is amazing. So smooth so refreshing.
