St. Giles Gin is the brainchild of Simon Melton, professional diver (and now gin composer), along with the help of head distiller Pete Margree and Anna, their copper still. They use a combination of 11 botanicals to create their desired flavour profile, including lemongrass, Grains of Paradise and rose petals.
Peppery juniper leads the charge, joined by fragrant hints of orange zest and earthy/floral elements on the mid-palate.

I've been meaning to write a review for this gin for a while now but since finishing the bottle yesterday, I think it's about time! I came across this gin whilst visiting Norfolk and it really was an absolute find. Deliciously refreshing and smooth with a distinct and gorgeous aroma. Great with a chilled tonic. Hats off to the distiller - I think its time for my next bottle! :-)
Comes highly recommended for a good reason. Silky smooth with a unique taste. One of the few gins on the market to drink neat over ice and enjoy. Top quality sipping Gin. Recommended with a slice of orange, but to be honest just a small splash of decent tonic and a lump of Ice and it's heaven in a glass.
This is a truly exceptional gin. Wonderful floral notes with a smooth vanilla feel, a subtle spiced mid tone, and finishes on an enchanting flavored citrus note. I do hope the guys at St Giles never compromise on this quality and flavor. This is so smooth, the bottle and branding looks great on my shelf, straight in my top 3, on the first sample.
Didn’t think it lived up to its pricetag. If you like floral, this will be for you. To perfume for me. x
St. Giles is an amazing gin. It is gorgeous with a good tonic and a twist of orange. A friend recently made me a St. Giles French 77 and it is the nicest cocktail I have tasted; light, fruity and sparkling with a very agreeable kick!
