St. Giles Gin is the brainchild of Simon Melton, professional diver (and now gin composer), along with the help of head distiller Pete Margree and Anna, their copper still. They use a combination of 11 botanicals to create their desired flavour profile, including lemongrass, Grains of Paradise and rose petals.
Peppery juniper leads the charge, joined by fragrant hints of orange zest and earthy/floral elements on the mid-palate.

Nothing special. Lots of gins out there that are better and less pricey. God knows who wrote the other reviews!!!
Lovely drink. My favourite Gin for the moment. However bought elsewhere for slightly cheaper elsewhere.
What a discovery, Just lovely. Citrussy and fresh. So smooth you can drink it neat over ice but I prefer it with a dash of tonic and a slice of orange for decoration. It is now my Gin of choice although the bottle is now nearly empty.
This is a wonderful modern fresh gin full of flavour. This makes the most amazing Martini with just a drop or two of orange bitters swirling to the bottom of in glass just devine.....
I bought this on the back of St Giles Gin winning the gold medal at the world gin awards and no other reason, I was not disappointed this is a fantastic gin. Crisp, with such smoothness, it has a wonderful beautiful rounded flavour, finishing with a subtle citrus note. This is something special hidden in the market of nonsense.
