This edition of Spring Gin is said to be "not for the faint of heart", after all it's for "Gent's only", Spring Gin's "beefcake brother". Whilst the Ladies Edition is bottled at a lower strength than regular, the Gentleman's Cut is bottled at the higher abv of 48.8%. Because... Men! Hmm...
We can see this working well in cocktails.
Ginger, fresh rhubarb and dried orange peel.
Punchy juniper arrives first, followed by black pepper and cardamom.
Black liquorice, pine, lime and fennel.
I have been drinking gin for many years and months and months and days before coming back into Massachusetts. Gin is not as popular, guessing. I would love to see a whole case of gentleman gin, sure, or at least a big type bottle of spring gin at the barista! Hope your nginious shipping problem into the United States is resolved soon so to get a good look at it it must be delicious!
