The folks at Spirit of Swaledale picked quite the spot for their distillery in Upper Swaledale in the Yorkshire Dales National Park, surrounded by one of the largest expanses of wild juniper in the UK! For its Moorland Gin, local botanicals such as heather, bilberry leaves, meadowsweet, thyme, rowan berries and rose hips are used. A floral, herbal tipple that truly captures the Dales in a bottle!
