It is an organic wheat gin that is both pot distilled and oak matured with botanicals such as juniper, grains of paradise, citrus, Sichuan pepper, aniseed, and guinea pepper. Friends of my daughter bought this gin for me as a treat for hosting them over summer in France. My reputation comes before me! An intriguing botanical ‘nose’ and a unique, peppery most interesting flavour. It stands out from the crowd. A very special treat!
