A classically made Italian dry gin that prioritises simplicity: hence the name. It was crafted using some botanicals that were distilled separately: juniper, Scotch pine shoots and lemon peels, while the rest: coriander seeds, elderflower, sage flower, angelica root, cardamom seeds, nutmeg are infused.
Bright juniper and citrus peel shine at the core of this expression, with a lingering spiciness of cardamom seeds.
