A Spanish London Dry Gin made in very small batches (25 litres at a time) and distilled in a fractional distillation column made entirely of borosilicate glass! The 12 botanicals include sideritis hyssopifolia, from which it takes its name, as well as juniper, coriander, cardamom, rock tea, angelica root, cinnamon, orange peel, hibiscus, pink pepper, almond and orris root.

Amazing Gin! Elegant and full of flavors. Not surprised that it won the golden medal of the best Gin Tonic !!! I drank it served with a neutral indian tonic, a twist of orange and juniper berries. My favorite for now on!
Tried this at a local Gin festival, so asked for a bottle at Christmas. The botanicals come out in this so best to have a simple tonic water with it. Very enjoyable!
This Spanish gin for me is a very easy summer time drink, but also good slobbed in your pj's. serve with a few juniper berries Orange peel and a stick of cinnamon and fever tree tonic, this has become a regular in my gin parlour! too drinkable in my book
I had the pleasure of trying out Siderit in Santander, Spain on a business trip. The gin was served with sliced kumquat, twist of lime, ice and tonic. It's a well rounded gin with strong citrus notes. Absolute bliss from first sip!
