Siderit
A deliciously floral variation on the Siderit Gin recipe, taking advantage of the flavours of the cool tankard flower (otherwise known as borage - but honestly, cool tankard is a much better name). Pair with an aromatic tonic and a few edible flowers as garnish.
Light and breezy, with wafts of basil, orange blossom, mint leaf, hibiscus and white pepper.
