Produced in the Peak District National Park, Shivering Mountain is a splendid dry gin boasting a crisp and classic profile. Botanicals include juniper, citrus, angelica root, cardamom and liquorice with gorse flower and heather bringing gentle floral notes. This has plenty of character for sipping neat and a good balance of zest and spice for a solid G&T or mixed serve too.
Crisp lemon peel and sweet orange zest welcome the way for spicier notes of anise and pepper, gently earthy undertones lifted by heady juniper, and soft floral sweetness.
