Inspired by Shining Cliff’s woodland and hedgerows in Derbyshire, Shining Cliff Dry Gin sources many of its botanicals from the surrounding natural landscape. Distilled and bottled at White Peak distillery on the banks of the river Derwent, this floral gin contains 13 botanicals including rosehip, elderberry, bilberry and local mayflower. Smooth enough to serve on the rocks, garnished with a twist of orange peel.
Juniper at the fore surrounded by a floral bouquet and a hint of citrus, balancing dry and piney notes with more fragrant flavours.

We recently went on a tour of the White Peak distillery and the Shining Cliff floral gin was very smooth with a complex flavour . It has a long citrussy finish which really appeals to me.

Just loving this Gin! Keep coming back to it! Great all round, all year... easy easy easy! Also local to me so I love that too... I’m no Gin expert but highly rate this one... someone pass me the tonic!

This is a fantastic Gin!! Not only is it local to me but it tastes great as well. I always drunk tanquery gin but this one - wow it is the real thing !!
