A bright blue Portuguese gin from the Sharish range - the magnificent colour comes from extracts of a flower known as blue pea, and when you mix the gin with tonic, it turns pink! Botanicals also include juniper, coriander, angelica root, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, lemon peel, strawberry and raspberry.
Loads of raspberry and strawberry notes up front. Stem ginger and coriander arrive in support, but the berries are the main attraction here.
Quite spicy at first - cinnamon and more ginger. Waves of lemon and angelica develop. Another burst of juicy berry notes later on.
Soft juniper and a pinch of leafy coriander.

Wow! Not many gins you can drink on the rocks, but this one one of the few. So good!
I just can't believe how good this is.
The color is very extraordinary. I really advise you to drink this . This is the most refreshing in ever. The word “Magic” actually lives up to its name.
I've tried a lot of gins in my time and this one still stands out as one of my favourites. Very easy drinking with a sweet, warm after taste. Garnished with strawberries and raspberries, it makes for a very pretty looking Summer drink. Love it!
