A bright blue Portuguese gin from the Sharish range. Although no longer containing the colour changing magic of the butterfly pea flower, it's stil popular with its striking azure hue. Botanicals also include juniper, coriander, angelica root, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, lemon peel, strawberry and raspberry.
Loads of raspberry and strawberry notes up front. Stem ginger and coriander arrive in support, but the berries are the main attraction here.
Quite spicy at first - cinnamon and more ginger. Waves of lemon and angelica develop. Another burst of juicy berry notes later on.
Soft juniper and a pinch of leafy coriander.

Absolutely delicious gin! Tastes complex and different from any other gin I have tried. This may be my new favourite tipple.
Great notes of citrus and berries a lovely summer drink
Smooth and Gentle with memories of childhood in the flavour. Went down easily with little of the perfumed taste of many Gins. Loved it
Reminds me of Parma Violets sweets
When you pour tonic onto the gin you will be blown away. Must try
