A bright blue Portuguese gin from the Sharish range - the magnificent colour comes from extracts of a flower known as blue pea, and when you mix the gin with tonic, it turns pink! Botanicals also include juniper, coriander, angelica root, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, lemon peel, strawberry and raspberry.
Loads of raspberry and strawberry notes up front. Stem ginger and coriander arrive in support, but the berries are the main attraction here.
Quite spicy at first - cinnamon and more ginger. Waves of lemon and angelica develop. Another burst of juicy berry notes later on.
Soft juniper and a pinch of leafy coriander.

Mycket God ?Very Good ?
Odd taste... is it even Gin? Colour got half a star...
Cheaply made rubbish, the funds have obviously gone into the bottle - nasty and bitter.
Vaguely tastes of gin, more of a cheap spirit. Novelty of the colour changing is the only interesting thing about it.
We just returned from the U.K. Every night we ordered two different gins, once we found Sharish, we were hooked. Unfortunately, it’s not even readily available in the U.K. We think it’s amazing! Taste is smooth and refreshing. The color is fun. The bottle is cool!
