Seven Hills Distillery
From the Seven Hills Distillery in Hungary come Tokaj Gin, a fantastically fragrant expression features a marvellous selection of 21 botanicals. Among those botanicals are the likes of juniper, coriander, cubeb, pink grapefruit, and more – as well as Linden Leaf grapes. These grapes are immensely important to Hungarian winemakers, who use it for a variety of exceptional expressions, including some of the sweet dessert wines that the Tokaj wine region is famous for.
Softly earthy with piney juniper and leafy herbs, before a bright flash of elderflower and lemon develop, shortly followed by a hint of blackcurrant leaf and peppercorn.
