A London dry gin from Scotland made using a combination of juniper, liquorice, citrus, coriander seeds and angelica. The name comes from a mythological sea creature that could change its shape into a human form. Spooky.
Pronounced lemongrass and sweet juniper, followed by fresh pine resin.
I've drank selkie for a few years now after trying at edinburgh cocktail week. It really is one of my faves and I love the citrus burst. So good in a basil smash or with med tonic.
