Scilly Spirit
Produced on the Isles of Scilly just off the Cornish coast, it's Island Gin from Scilly Spirit! The distillery is based on St Mary's, and the recipe was inspired by a ship wreck on the island back in 1665. The ship was carrying Javan pepper, so that's there as one of the six botanicals which represent the oarsmen. The folks behind the gin are very focused on sustainability, composting used botanicals and encouraging gin lovers to reuse their bottles after they've finished the spirit!
A citrus-packed nose, with lighter hints of dry juniper and cardamom heat following up the orange and lime.
Citrus once again stands out, but the juniper is dialled up on the palate, becoming powerfully vibrant and subtly oily. A hint of fennel gives it some herbal sweetness.
Subtle salinity on the finish, with toasty cardamom and cinnamon.
Absolutely totally unique and gorgeous gin... With traditional tonic and ice

Fabulous gin, very drinkable and a beautiful bottle. Has converted by husband to drinking gin. Great to drink neat or in a cocktail. I highly recommend a visit to the distillery on St Marys on the Isles of Scilly.
I first found this gin while on holiday in the Scillies. It is a lovely tasting gin and takes me back to sunsets from the Star Castle & walks on Porthcresa. The bottle is now a lamp in my house! Love it!
This is my absolute favourite gin. So drinkable and the bottle simply stunning.
