Enjoyably spicy Dutch gin here from Schermer, featuring allspice, ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, rhubarb, lavender, orange, lemon and juniper among its botanical selection. We reckon this will do brilliantly in a Negroni.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Earthy juniper followed by a kick of cardamom and cassia, with ginger warmth developing along behind it. Soft hints of fruit sweetness.
