A particularly citrus-forward edition of Shetland Reel Gin! The name has been inspired by the gorgeous amber skies above the Shetlands during the long summer days, known as 'Simmer Dim'.
Juicy fresh orange segments, subtly earthy herbs, anise and liquorice root.
Was given this as a present. Perfect for the hot summer we have had, with its fresh , spicy citrus notes. Such a pretty bottle too, currently my favouite gin, with lots of ice and tonic.
