Made with a specially devised recipe featuring 8 botanicals, including juniper, coriander seed, orris root, cassia bark, citrus peel and apple mint grown on Unst. Light and refreshing, this is a wonderful gin for use in cocktails - try it in a Negroni to make the most of its bright, subtly sweet qualities.

This gin does not get the recognition it deserves - fresh and clean - I have visited the distillery and was amazed that every stage, from distilling to the finished product was done by hand. Great job.
This is another gin I thought fine but nothing special.
I thought I had tasted all the worlds best gins, until I tried Shetland Reel - it is absolutely fantastic and I would recommend it to everyone!
