The Sapling Spirits team has created the cracking Climate Positive Gin! This London dry gin is made with organic regenerative wheat from their pals at Wildfarmed, who use farming methods that allow the land to suck up CO2 and restore it to a natural carbon sink, and the Sapling team also plant a tree for each bottle sold. It's also simply a fab gin in its own right, with plenty of earthy, zesty notes to be had.
Citrus peels, angelica, some coriander spiciness building before hints of savoury rosemary develop.
The Gin has a very good flavour, crisp and clean tasting. It is actually one of my new favourites. My only problem is that I bought this gin 2 years ago and am still waiting on my tree to be planted.
