Sabatini Gin exudes Tuscan style from all angles, with its selection of nine botanicals from Italy (including olive leaves, sage, fennel, orris, lemon verbena, juniper, coriander, thyme and lavender) and the rolling hills on the label. It's distilled for the Sabitini family by Thames Distillers in London.
Richly herbaceous - the thyme and sage standing out in the crowd. Most definitely a savoury expression, though a touch of lavender gives it a hint of sweetness.

I was first introduced to this through a gin club, and it quickly became a favourite. After falling in love with it, I was I was given a cocktail which added some fresh orange juice, which made me love it even more. Delicious smooth and well balanced - a beautiful gin.
I have over 40 gins on my gin shelf and this recent find has jumped to one of my favourites! Sits nicely in the middle of the herbaceous spectrum, less intense than a Monkey 47 and even smoother than a Gin Mare but so smooth and drinkable!
I loved this. It has a fresh citrus flavour. Good on its own, with tonic or in cocktails.
