This Old Tom from Redsmith hasn't just been sweetened, but has also had rose oil added after distillation! The distillery is actually based in an old commercial rose garden, so this floral expression is rather fitting.
Lots of oily juniper supported by a touch of sugary sweetness, with a slightly savoury herbal undertone balancing it out. Fragrant rose builds throughout and lingers on the finish.
