This characterful addition to the Rare Bird Gin range is distilled with a host of botanicals, including the likes of juniper, green pepper, rosemary, hibiscus, and citrus, accompanied by the spicy addition of star anise and allspice. After distillation, the gin undergoes a five day maceration with Madagascan bourbon vanilla pods, cloves, ginger root, plus more anise and allspice imparting a glorious hue, and generous layers of warming flavour.

Surprisingly not sickly - no added sugar, so all sweetness comes from the vanilla itself. Impressive, and delicious.
