Ever tried a gin infused with tomatoes? Step forward Sardinia’s Pomo Juicy gin. It’s an unexpected yet intriguing combination that needs to be tried to be appreciated. It’s made by infusing fresh berries from Sardinian wild juniper trees with alcohol for 10 hours, which is then distilled in a copper still and infused with tomatoes before being filtered and bottled. A truly unique gin!
