The Poetic License team has collaborated with Alysia Vasey (of Yorkshire Foragers fame) to created a marvellously fragrant and flavoursome gin! It features the likes of sweet cicely, Douglas fir, sweet flag and more, resulting in a flavour profile that packs herbaceous brightness, vibrant anise, juicy citrus and a helping of woody juniper spiciness.
Earthy pine up front, with a hint of mint leaf leading towards cooling citrus. Herbaceous lemongrass and angelica, a hint of caraway and star anise, and a final touch of basil leaf.
